These are the Terms and Conditions which all clients are bound by when they order any products or services from Make This Number Stick Ltd referred to in this document as 'MTNS' or 'us'. 'You', 'your' or 'yours' means the customer who has ordered products or services from MTNS.

1. MTNS will normally issue a pro-forma invoice which must be settled in full before any production can take place.

2. i. MTNS will normally design and produce all artwork required providing that you supply all content e.g. logos/images and information in the correct format(s) to enable MTNS to produce the artwork.

2. ii. If required, MTNS will purchase royalty free images for you use on your material. MTNS will advise you of the cost for approval before any purchase is made. Alternatively, MTNS can advise you of a preferred image reference from a royalty free image stock library and of the size/format required for you to purchase the image yourself to forward onto MTNS to use on your material.

2. iii. MTNS can recreate a logo or other artwork required that at a studio rate of £65 plus VAT per hour. MTNS will advise of the cost involved for approval before any design studio time is commenced.

2. iv. If required, MTNS offer a copywriting service of £65 plus VAT per hour. MTNS will advise you of the cost involved for approval before any copywriting is commenced.

2. v. Responsibility for all printed/published content is completely yours.

3. MTNS will normally provide you with a PDF proof of the artwork for you to check and approve in writing by email or fax. All content must be checked by you for accuracy before you approve the artwork for publication as all published artwork is your responsibility.

4. i. MTNS will inform you of the likely date for delivery. Delivery will be made by a reputable third party delivery service. The charge for delivery will be advised on your pro-forma invoice.

4. ii. You must sign and fax back the delivery note which will be included with your delivery on receipt of your delivery.

4. iii. Any damages or shortfalls must be notified to MTNS immediately and no later than 7 days after receipt. After 7 days we will assume the delivery was fulfilled to your satisfaction.

4. iv. All damaged goods must be returned to MTNS for inspection.
